The living area has sliding patio doors leading to the beautiful and private Mediterranean-style garden and patio area with a large swimming pool. There is plenty of room for outside dining, sun-bathing or simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings with a good book and a glass of wine.
Two further light and airy bedrooms are located on the first floor each with a double bed and ample wardrobe space for storage. The large family bathroom with bath and shower is also on the first floor.
There is direct access from the landing and bedroom two to the large covered wrap around balcony with fabulous sea and mountain views. The balcony is furnished and has several seating areas where you can relax and enjoy several views.
This villa is well suited to a family and is equipped with a portable child bed, travel cot and high-chair.
The nearby beautiful Peyia Village offers a selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets to cater for all your needs, and the stunning Blue Flag beaches of Coral Bay are only a 10-minute drive away.
The location also offers a fabulous base for exploring the area in this part of Cyprus. Access to the Akamas National Park is a short distance away, where you can find the stunning Laura Turtle Beach, and the beautiful Latchi Harbour offering daily boat trips to the Blue Lagoon is within half an hour’s drive.
